Return Policy for Naturally Inspirational

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at naturallyinspirational@gmail.com.
